Multi-stage filtration:

This water filter is not, as many refrigerator filters, only filled with simple activated carbon granulate, but with an activated carbon block with a filter fineness of 5µm.
Suspended matter larger than 5µm micron (5 thousandths of a millimetre) is retained, such as suspended particles and micro-sediments such as rust, sand, lime particles, etc.
The high-quality activated carbon block, made of activated carbon of real coconut shells, reduces mechanical impurities, chlorine, pesticides, heavy metals and many organic chemicals.

Filter change, according to the recommendation of the equipment manufacturers, you should always replace the water filter when:

the corresponding warning light on your refrigerator lights up (depending on the model),
the refrigerator has not been used for a long time,
in case of odour or turbidity of the water,
or as a precaution according to the TWO (Drinking water regulation DIN 1988) at least every 6 months, even if the filter has a higher capacity!
