Scope of delivery:
1 water filter with 2 self-sealing adapters for 5-6 mm hose (1/4"),
(these connections do not need to be fitted using Teflon tape or other sealant)

This new filter filters your water in 3 three stages
1. sediment filter: removes suspended particles in the water
2. activated carbon filter: binds organic impurities and chlorine
3. limescale protection: an additional filter layer of polyphosphates retains the limescale in the filter.

Polyphosphates are odourless and tasteless and therefore excellent for use in drinking water filters. Polyphosphates are therefore also approved by the strict American NSF authority for use in drinking water filters. Use this filter to effectively protect your refrigerator from limescale deposits. With this filter all needs are met.

Attention! The filters are not suitable for refrigerators that have an internal water filter (in bottle or ball shape).

According to the Drinking Water Ordinance (DIN 1988), all drinking water filters must be replaced after 6 months (to prevent microbial contamination), even if the filter has a larger capacity.

Filter change
According to the appliance manufacturer's recommendations, you should always replace the water filter when

the corresponding warning light on your refrigerator lights up (depending on the model),
the refrigerator has not been used for a long time,
in case of odour or turbidity of the water,
or for safety reasons according to the TWO at least every 6 months even if the filter has a higher capacity!
